Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and acquire new buyers and retail partners to expand our distribution network.
- Conduct proactive canvassing and market research to stay ahead of fashion industry trends.
- Execute effective follow-up strategies for prospective and existing clients to ensure high conversion rates.
- Manage end-to-end communication with customers, ensuring professional representation of the brand.
- Develop and implement innovative marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the internal team to refine sales tactics based on client feedback and market demands.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
- Proven ability to work independently and meet ambitious sales targets.
- High level of familiarity with fashion industry trends and the local Bandung market.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and digital marketing platforms for lead generation.
