Orchid Florist & Decoration is looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. We specialize in creating memorable event experiences through stunning floral arrangements and decor. If you have a knack for sales, a creative eye for design, and experience working within the Wedding Organizer (WO) and Event Organizer (EO) industry, we want to hear from you.
In this role, you will be the bridge between our exquisite decor collections and potential clients. You will be responsible for driving revenue by promoting our services to corporate clients, private individuals, and wedding planners. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote event decoration packages to WO, EO, and direct clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends in the event planning sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential customers.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure client requirements are met and to upsell decoration add-ons.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the brand.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports to management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service within the event, hospitality, or floral industry.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and closing deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the WO (Wedding Organizer) and EO (Event Organizer) landscape.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM software.
- Valid Indonesian driving license is a plus.
