Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets in the Yogyakarta region.
- Manage and cultivate strong relationships with distributors, agents, and key retail partners to ensure product availability.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to adapt marketing approaches accordingly.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and roadshows to increase brand visibility.
- Analyze sales data and performance reports to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and pricing strategies.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve any logistical or sales-related issues efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the FMCG or Frozen Food industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing client relationships.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region.
