Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand market share in the machinery sector.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Japanese-speaking clients and partners, ensuring seamless communication and relationship management.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to align product offerings with specific customer requirements.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate reporting of sales forecasts and performance metrics.
- Support marketing initiatives by translating promotional materials and coordinating with the regional marketing team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher certification is highly preferred) and professional proficiency in Indonesian and English.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development, preferably in the machinery or manufacturing industry.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities as required.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
