Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve corporate revenue targets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Japanese-speaking clients, ensuring seamless communication and relationship management.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the Indonesian market.
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to align marketing campaigns with sales objectives.
- Prepare and present professional sales proposals, business reports, and market analysis to senior management.
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on competitor activities and industry trends.
- Support the coordination of corporate events, business meetings, and client presentations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Fluency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or N1 level preferred) and professional proficiency in English.
- Proven experience in a Sales, Marketing, or Business Development role, preferably in a multinational company.
- Strong understanding of both Japanese business etiquette and the local Indonesian business culture.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and standard MS Office productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
