Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing management roles.
- Proven track record of leading teams and achieving sales targets in the retail or fashion industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
