Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee the planning, budgeting, and management of all marketing activities and campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize conversion rates and ROI.
- Present regular performance reports to senior management to guide decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a Sales or Marketing Management role.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility for travel within Bali.
