Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive integrated marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Manage end-to-end sales initiatives, tracking KPIs and optimizing revenue streams across all retail and digital channels.
- Lead and mentor the marketing and sales teams, fostering a culture of high performance and creative collaboration.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns including social media, content strategy, email marketing, and SEO/SEM.
- Manage budgets effectively to ensure a high return on investment for all promotional activities.
- Collaborate with operations and product teams to ensure seamless delivery of the brand promise at every customer touchpoint.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing management, ideally within the retail, food & beverage, or wellness sector.
- Strong understanding of the Bali local market and the international tourist demographic.
- Proven track record of managing digital marketing platforms and CRM software.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative problem-solver with a strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making ability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a significant advantage.
