- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth across all venues.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments to expand the Milk & Madu and Revolver Group footprint.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and website content, to enhance online presence and customer engagement.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, informing strategic adjustments.
- Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, media, influencers, and corporate clients.
- Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Sales and Marketing leadership roles within the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Demonstrable experience leading successful sales and marketing campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of the Bali hospitality market, customer behavior, and local trends.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (CRM, analytics, social media management, SEO best practices).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
