Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue across all company venues.
- Manage and mentor creative teams to ensure high-quality content production and brand consistency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, travel agencies, influencers, and corporate partners.
- Oversee booking channels and optimize reservation pipelines to maximize occupancy and profitability.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies proactively.
- Coordinate with venue operations teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and events.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track ROI of marketing efforts.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth and managing successful marketing campaigns in Bali or similar markets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire creative teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing platforms, social media trends, and CRM tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
