Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand distribution channels within the Jawa Tengah region.
- Manage and oversee daily store operations to ensure high standards of customer service and brand consistency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, optimize inventory, and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute local promotional activities and events.
- Mentor store staff and provide training on sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Monitor competitor activities in the area and recommend strategic adjustments to stay ahead of the market.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or retail management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English (both verbal and written) is a plus.
