Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies tailored to the Southeast Asian market.
- Identify and penetrate new growth opportunities to expand market share across regional territories.
- Lead and mentor regional teams to achieve and exceed aggressive sales and conversion targets.
- Manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI on campaigns.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and competitor analysis to inform product positioning and pricing strategies.
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with key distributors and regional stakeholders.
- Analyze sales performance data to provide actionable insights for continuous process improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in regional sales and marketing, ideally within the consumer goods sector.
- Proven track record of success in leading sales growth in the Southeast Asia region.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing remote or cross-cultural teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and preferably a secondary regional language.
- Ability to travel frequently to oversee regional operations and manage partner relationships.
