Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share for marine spare parts and equipment.
- Proactively identify and prospect new clients within the shipyard, offshore, and shipping company sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including procurement managers and technical engineers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, technical proposals, and quotations.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the maritime sector.
- Coordinate with internal logistics and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience in the marine, offshore, or industrial equipment industry.
- Strong understanding of marine spare parts and equipment specifications.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Highly self-motivated with a track record of meeting ambitious sales KPIs.
- Ability to travel frequently to shipyards and client sites as required.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
