Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities across the medical, hospital, and clinic sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with key opinion leaders, including doctors and medical professionals.
  • Execute strategic sales plans to expand market share within designated territories.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for potential corporate and factory clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence and meet client requirements.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Health Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in medical sales or B2B marketing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all professional levels.
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare industry and community network in Surabaya.
