As an intern, you will work closely with our core teams to support daily sales operations, contribute to marketing initiatives, and ensure seamless coordination between field activities and client management. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the sales team in identifying and reaching out to potential leads within the agricultural sector.
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities across social media and offline channels.
- Coordinate daily operational tasks to ensure the efficiency of sales workflows and administrative processes.
- Gather and analyze market data to provide insights for improving current sales strategies.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the customer database (CRM) for accurate follow-ups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support event coordination and field demonstrations.
- Provide periodic reports on sales progress and marketing performance to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Current undergraduate student (Final year preferred) in Business, Marketing, Management, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- High interest in the agricultural technology industry and market development.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new operational systems and software.
