In this role, you will be the face of our brand, specializing in our 'Large Order' division. You will engage with key stakeholders, manage B2B pipelines, and expand our market footprint. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Jawa Barat region.
- Proactively approach and engage potential 'Large Order' clients, including corporate accounts and wholesalers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and presentation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness among potential partners.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and relationship management.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery and execution of large-scale orders.
- Provide detailed reporting on market trends, competitive activity, and individual sales performance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with diverse groups of people.
- Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle preferred for client visits.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
