Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and proactively reach out to potential large-scale clients, B2B partners, and corporate event organizers.
- Present and demonstrate the value of Dua Pendekar Ayam products to key decision-makers.
- Manage the entire sales cycle for 'Large Orders,' from initial inquiry to final delivery coordination.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing corporate partners to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local activations and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and feedback loops regarding market trends and client needs.
- Negotiate pricing and partnership agreements within company guidelines to maximize profitability.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business is a plus.
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or a client-facing role.
- Possess a highly energetic and persuasive personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Jawa Barat region.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting rigorous sales targets.
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics and business networking.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.
- Must possess a valid driving license (SIM C or SIM A) and a reliable vehicle.
