As a leading player in the F&B industry, we are looking for an enthusiastic individual to help expand our footprint and strengthen our market presence through strategic collaborations.
In this role, you will be the face of our brand, identifying high-potential partners and franchise opportunities within the Jawa Tengah region. You will work closely with our marketing and operations teams to design partnership proposals that drive mutual growth and brand loyalty. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect potential franchisees, distributors, and strategic partners in the Jawa Tengah region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive landscape trends.
- Create compelling partnership proposals and pitch decks to attract new business alliances.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of partnerships, including revenue sharing models and operational guidelines.
- Monitor partnership performance and provide actionable insights to optimize sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to co-create promotional campaigns that benefit both parties.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, partnership management, or franchise development.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within Jawa Tengah.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently with a high level of initiative and problem-solving skills.
