Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand market reach within the finance sector.
- Identify, contact, and cultivate relationships with potential business partners and high-value clients.
- Represent TAP Kapital Indonesia at industry events, networking forums, and professional meetings.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations to prospective partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new partnerships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high standards of service.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management.
- Deep interest or basic understanding of the finance and capital market industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently or within a team.
- Highly organized with strong negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.
