Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve annual revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent performance and professional development.
- Analyze market intelligence and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and client engagement to final closing.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product development and finance, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Prepare regular performance reports and forecasts for senior management to support data-driven decision-making.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors and high-profile clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in sales and marketing, ideally within the property or real estate industry.
- Demonstrated success in leading and managing sales teams to meet or exceed business targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strategic, growth-oriented mindset.
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a professional and results-driven approach.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
