Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness for Umroh packages.
- Identify and generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, and partnership building.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to propose innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms and marketing campaigns.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the tourism or travel industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Indonesian (Mandarin is a plus).
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and social media marketing tools.
