Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand our client base in the Indonesian market.
  • Build and maintain long-term, professional relationships with stakeholders from reputable multinational companies.
  • Coordinate with international principals to align global service offerings with local client requirements.
  • Identify and qualify leads through networking, industry events, and digital outreach.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery exceeds client expectations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing and sales approaches.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales or marketing, preferably in professional services or consulting.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing collaborative team.
  • Strong understanding of market analysis and lead generation techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for pipeline management.
