Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share in the Bandung region.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships within the telecommunications industry.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize sales performance and product offerings.
- Collaborate with internal creative and technical teams to produce high-quality marketing materials and digital content.
- Track and report on key sales metrics, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends and growth areas for the company.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the telecommunications or infrastructure sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Result-driven mindset with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English (written and verbal) is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
