Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive market strategies to increase brand awareness and product penetration.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, feedback, and technical complaints.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal production and logistics teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Maintain an accurate CRM database to track client interactions and sales pipeline performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) is mandatory; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of emotional intelligence and patience.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern CRM software.
