We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team in Bontang. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends within the Hajj and Umrah industry.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns to promote PT. Zhafirah Mitra Madina's travel packages and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, travel agents, and corporate partners to generate high-quality leads.
- Present and pitch Umrah packages, including flight schedules, accommodation details, and visa processing information, to prospective customers.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Manage the sales pipeline and track performance metrics to consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) with a preference for a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Tourism.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications is a plus.
