Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and cultivate relationships with new and existing clients in the materials industry.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
- Present product demonstrations and proposals to clients, emphasizing value and benefits.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to track performance and optimize future strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high retention rates and client satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales or marketing.
- Experience in the materials industry is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven work ethic.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
