Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the plastic and foundry industries.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to expand the company’s market share.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
- Coordinate expedition and logistics services to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote company products and services.
- Participate in trade shows and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the manufacturing, plastic, or logistics sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM A) is a plus.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English is an advantage.
