Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share in roofing solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and end-clients
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends
- Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Present product demonstrations and technical specifications to potential customers
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management
- Train clients on product features and installation best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing within construction/building materials sector
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with ability to explain technical products
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Valid driver's license and willingness for regional travel
- Knowledge of roofing materials and construction industry standards preferred
