Tanggung Jawab
- Expand corporate client base at JNE Cabang Gresik through targeted sales and marketing initiatives
- Monitor and provide comprehensive after-sales service to corporate clients
- Handle administrative processes including documentation and record management
- Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies
- Prepare regular sales performance reports for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years in sales or marketing roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in administrative software and documentation systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Results-oriented mindset with proven sales achievements
- Knowledge of logistics industry is advantageous
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia with English proficiency preferred
