Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify and prospect new clients within the F&B catering industry and other relevant business sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through proactive communication and excellent service.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services according to client specifications.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations to track performance metrics against goals.
- Represent PT Putri Wulur Indonesia at networking events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development, preferably within the F&B or service industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with basic digital marketing tools.
- High level of integrity, professional appearance, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to adapt to different business units and handle dynamic responsibilities.
