Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through active prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and product visibility.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the internal marketing team to align sales strategies with corporate objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to suggest improvements to sales tactics.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales performance targets.
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes from initial contact to contract closing and account handover.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse client profiles.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with basic CRM tools for sales tracking.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • A target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate market challenges effectively.
