Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through active prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and product visibility.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing team to align sales strategies with corporate objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to suggest improvements to sales tactics.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales performance targets.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes from initial contact to contract closing and account handover.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse client profiles.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with basic CRM tools for sales tracking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- A target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate market challenges effectively.
