As a Sales Marketing Staff, you will act as the primary point of contact for existing clients while proactively seeking new business opportunities in the automotive parts market. You will be responsible for managing sales targets, providing technical product information to customers, and ensuring excellent service levels. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing automotive industry clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for gasket and automotive component products.
- Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and revenue projections for management review.
- Coordinate with production and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
- Conduct site visits and product presentations to ensure client satisfaction and technical understanding.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally to maintain company reputation.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities in the Cikarang industrial area.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Deep understanding of automotive parts, specifically gaskets or engine components, is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to be based in Cikarang Pusat and conduct regular field visits.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.
