Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly volume targets for essential food products.
- Identify and prospect new retail outlets and distribution channels within the designated territory.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure product availability and brand visibility.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable feedback to the management team.
- Ensure efficient stock management and timely product replenishment for key accounts.
- Prepare regular sales reports, market analysis, and performance presentations for regional leadership.
- Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain departments to ensure seamless delivery of orders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the FMCG or food distribution industry.
- Deep understanding of the local Medan market and retail distribution landscape.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Possess a valid driver's license and own a vehicle for daily field operations.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and target-oriented mindset.
