Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies tailored to the local market in Sukoharjo.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine product positioning.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting of revenue.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and partners within the nutrition sector.
- Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews to enhance team capabilities.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to align promotional activities with sales goals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management or marketing supervision within the FMCG or nutrition industry.
- Proven track record of leading teams to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, develop, and retain top talent.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
