Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns tailored to the local market.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate closely with the marketing team to ensure seamless execution of product launches and advertising initiatives.
- Train and coach sales staff on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer relationship management.
- Maintain strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and key clients to ensure product availability and brand visibility.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the cosmetics, beauty, or retail industry.
- Proven experience in supervising or managing a sales team.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Valid Indonesia driving license is an advantage.
