Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase market share for industrial pipe products.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the construction, engineering, and utility sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors and project developers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management.
- Ensure timely delivery of technical product information and project quotations to clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in industrial sales, specifically within the pipe or construction material industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel frequently within the Banten/Jabodetabek area as required.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and market development.
