- Lead, mentor, and supervise the sales and marketing team to achieve company targets.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor team performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports for management.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base in Jakarta Utara and surrounding areas.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures within the team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales and marketing supervisory role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Willingness to travel within the Jakarta Utara region for client meetings and events.
