Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Sales and Marketing department in executing daily operational and administrative tasks.
- Support the coordination of property viewing events, sales exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate prospect information and lead tracking.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, market analysis presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with the social media team to monitor brand awareness and engagement metrics.
- Provide front-line support for client inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify potential opportunities for growth in the Jakarta property market.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous internship experience is a significant plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital marketing tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
