Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and conduct regular visits to potential wholesale, semi-wholesale, and retail outlets
- Implement and maintain effective product merchandising and display standards
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key store personnel and account managers
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform sales strategies
- Ensure optimal product availability and inventory management at assigned outlets
- Execute promotional campaigns and seasonal merchandising plans
- Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports and market feedback
- Train retail staff on product features and promotional initiatives
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business/marketing preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in sales, merchandising, or retail operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client relationship management
- Proficiency in mobile reporting tools and basic inventory management systems
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for field visits
- Deep knowledge of Tebing Tinggi's retail market and consumer preferences
