Tanggung Jawab
- Optimize product displays and shelf layouts to maximize visibility and sales impact
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store managers and staff
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure brand standards and promotional compliance
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies to prevent out-of-stocks
- Implement seasonal promotions and merchandising campaigns effectively
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities
- Train retail staff on product knowledge and merchandising best practices
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in retail merchandising or sales support
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Basic knowledge of retail merchandising principles and planograms
- Proficiency in using mobile devices for reporting and inventory checks
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
