As a Sales Merchandiser, you will be the face of our brand in retail stores, ensuring our products are presented in the best possible light to attract customers. You will work closely with store management to understand their needs and requirements, and provide them with the necessary support to maximize product visibility and sales.

Tanggung Jawab
- Execute in-store merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and appeal
- Manage and maintain product displays, ensuring they align with brand standards
- Assist customers with product information, recommendations, and order placements
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies to the sales team
- Build and maintain positive relationships with store management and staff
- Conduct regular store visits to assess product performance and display effectiveness
- Collect and provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent with retail experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple locations
- Basic knowledge of retail merchandising principles and practices
- Valid driver's license with own transportation for store visits
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for reporting and order management
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing retail environments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
