Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily store visits within the West Region to ensure full product availability.
- Implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize brand visibility and shelf share.
- Maintain optimal stock levels at retail outlets, including back-room inventory management.
- Ensure all products are correctly priced and shelf labels are displayed accurately.
- Execute promotional setups, including the building of island displays and point-of-sale materials.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide regular feedback to the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with store managers and retail staff.
- Resolve out-of-stock situations promptly through proactive replenishment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 'N' or 'O' Level qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, merchandising, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) is preferred but not required.
- Strong physical stamina, as the role requires standing and moving throughout the day.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple store locations.
- Proficiency in basic digital reporting tools (e.g., smartphone apps for stock checking).
- Commitment to the full 3-month contract duration.
- Valid Class 2B or 3 license is a plus for travel efficiency.
