- Execute product merchandising plans in retail outlets to maximize visibility and sales
- Build and maintain relationships with store managers and staff
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies
- Implement promotional displays and visual merchandising standards
- Conduct competitor analysis and market trend reporting
- Train store personnel on product features and promotions
- Ensure compliance with brand merchandising guidelines
- Collect customer feedback and retail insights
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or merchandising
- Strong understanding of retail operations and consumer behavior
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently across multiple store locations
- Proficiency in inventory management systems
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Knowledge of Balinese retail market preferred
