Tong Garden Food (S) Pte Ltd, a market leader in the snack industry, is seeking a dynamic Sales Merchandiser to join our team in the East Area. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our premium snack products are perfectly displayed, well-stocked, and highly visible to our customers.
You will enjoy a stable 5-day work week (Monday to Friday) and be part of a supportive team environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure product availability and optimal shelf space in assigned retail outlets within the East Area.
- Execute planograms and merchandising standards to enhance product visibility.
- Monitor stock levels, perform regular inventory checks, and coordinate restocks effectively.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with store managers and retail staff.
- Identify and report out-of-stock situations or competitor activities to the sales team.
- Create attractive point-of-sale displays and implement promotional materials.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with company merchandising guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level certification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail merchandising or sales is highly preferred.
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license (if applicable) or a willingness to travel within the East Area.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage professionally with store stakeholders.
- High level of physical stamina to handle shelf stocking and warehouse management tasks.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage daily routes effectively.
- Good command of English; knowledge of other languages is a plus for customer interaction.
