RecruitPedia Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Sales Merchandiser to join our team, focusing on household products across the West Region. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring that our products are perfectly positioned, well-stocked, and visually appealing to drive sales performance in retail outlets.

You will play a pivotal role in optimizing shelf space, managing inventory levels, and building strong relationships with store managers to maximize product visibility. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute planogram compliance to ensure products are correctly displayed according to company standards.
- Maintain optimal stock levels on shelves and replenish inventory promptly to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Conduct regular store visits across the assigned West Region territory to monitor stock rotation and expiry dates.
- Build and sustain professional relationships with retail store staff and managers to secure prime display locations.
- Implement promotional materials, signage, and point-of-sale displays to attract customer attention.
- Report daily sales data, market observations, and competitor activity to the management team.
- Resolve merchandising issues efficiently to ensure a seamless shopping experience for consumers.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in merchandising, preferably within the FMCG or household products sector.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and shelf management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse retail stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while traveling across the West Region.
- High level of physical stamina to handle stock replenishment and manual display setups.
- Proficiency in basic mobile applications for daily reporting and inventory tracking.
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is a plus (if applicable to company requirements).
