Join Mallesso Investment Abadi as a Sales Merchandiser in Pekanbaru and drive our consumer products' success in retail environments. We offer a competitive monthly salary of Rp 3,000,000 – Rp 3,790,000 plus comprehensive benefits including BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Tanggung Jawab
- Optimize product placement and visual merchandising in assigned retail outlets
- Execute promotional campaigns and in-store display implementations
- Monitor inventory levels and stock rotation to prevent shortages
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store personnel
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure merchandising standards
- Collect market intelligence and competitor activity data
- Train retail staff on product features and selling techniques
- Submit detailed performance and activity reports
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in marketing preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail merchandising or sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license for store visits
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with Pekanbaru retail landscape advantageous
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
