Tanggung Jawab
- Execute in-store merchandising plans to maximize product visibility and sales impact
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store managers and staff
- Monitor stock levels, planogram compliance, and product availability
- Conduct regular store visits across Semarang, Jogja, and Solo territories
- Implement promotional campaigns and point-of-sale materials
- Collect competitive intelligence and market feedback
- Train retail staff on product features and promotional activities
- Report sales performance and merchandising effectiveness
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in sales or retail merchandising
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in basic reporting and data collection
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
- Knowledge of local retail landscape in Central Java
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
