- Maximize product sales and visibility in retail stores through strategic merchandising execution
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations
- Set up, maintain, and refresh product displays according to brand guidelines and seasonal promotions
- Build strong relationships with store staff and key decision-makers to drive product advocacy
- Execute promotional plans and in-store marketing campaigns effectively
- Collect and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for performance improvement
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards
- Report on sales performance, inventory status, and competitive activities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, merchandising, or retail operations
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or marketing preferred
- Strong understanding of retail environments and consumer purchasing behavior
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple locations
- Proficiency in basic inventory management and reporting tools
- Physical ability to lift products and set up displays (up to 20kg)
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets in retail settings
