Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain high-quality visual merchandising standards in assigned retail stores to maximize product appeal and sales conversion.
- Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits to ensure accurate product availability and minimize shrinkage.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide actionable insights to the sales team.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with store managers and key accounts to secure prime shelf space.
- Ensure all pricing is accurate, promotional materials are correctly displayed, and product placement complies with company standards.
- Analyze sales data and performance reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotional activities and events.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in merchandising, retail sales, or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a schedule of multiple retail visits efficiently.
- Valid driving license and reliable transportation are required.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Basic understanding of visual display and layout principles is preferred.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
