Tanggung Jawab
- Execute in-store merchandising plans to maximize product visibility and sales performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store managers and staff
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability at all outlets
- Implement promotional activities and product displays according to company guidelines
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure brand standards are met
- Collect and report competitive market intelligence and customer feedback
- Train store personnel on product features and selling techniques
- Prepare detailed activity reports and sales performance analysis
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, merchandising, or retail operations
- Strong target-oriented mindset with proven track record of meeting KPIs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple retail locations
- Proficient in basic reporting and data analysis
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Surabaya region
